This morning's 5K run was freeeezing cold. 19 runners braved the bitter winds and negative temperatures.

Dan Richie was winner of the race -- he ran a nifty 17:45 despite slipping and sliding on the icy sideroads. Scott Deslongchamps, the winner of last week's 5K, was the first CMS finisher this week.

Carol Hurley (22:03) was the speediest lady. Carol has won the ladies' race for the past 4 weeks in a row(!), and she also has the Quote Of The Day about this morning's cooold weather.
