To apply you must meet all three criteria:

1. Be a current member of CMS and have joined before November 1, 2005, AND
2. Have completed a marathon and be able to finish in 4 hours, 30 minutes per BAA guidelines, AND
3. Have volunteered to help CMS by December 5, 2005

Please understand that if there are more applications than numbers, we will do our best to be fair.  Volunteer work is the most important criterion.  We will consider both the quality and quantity of your help. For example, a full day at Stu's 30K will be better received than 10 minutes of registration at a weekly 5K.

Please include your:

• name,
• mailing address,
• telephone,
• e-mail address
• name and date of the marathon you ran, as well as the time it took. 
• list the volunteer work you have done. 

This post card needs to reach us no later than December 31, 2005.
