Hello:

I would like to share with you and your club members a unique women’s-specific opportunity for female runners of all ability levels to learn from some of the best names in running history and to reach their own personal running or fitness goals.

Women’s Quest (www.womensquest.com) is hosting a weeklong running retreat this May 25-30 in Colorado. It will include running on some of the most beautiful trails in the Rocky Mountains, learning running technique and yoga for runners, and doing mental games to improve performance at any ability level. The camp culminates with the group running the Bolder Boulder 10K race on Memorial Day in Boulder, Colorado.

Women like former World Champion triathlete Colleen Cannon, founder of Women’s Quest, Olympic medallist Lorraine Moller, and more will lead the group through the camp and run with participants on race day. This is a great way for new road runners to enter into their first 10K, and for veterans of the sport to find the inspiration and techniques to set their career records.

Women’s Quest is now in its 14th year of helping women reach their potential. We hold several retreats each year, including running, cycling, triathlon, swimming, skiing, snowshoeing and horse camps.

Women’s Quest is the ultimate adventure to refresh the spirit, rekindle passions and strike balance in life. Each fun-filled health and fitness retreat combines physical, mindful and spirit-filled activities with challenging adventures that encourage personal awareness, self-confidence and self-expression.
