| Traveled down the road to Wampanoag Road Runners territory for the Annual Canton Fall Classic and that it was. The weather and scenery were spectacular. A half-inch of snow had fallen on Saturday but quickly melted with the strong fall sunshine and warming temps. The runners had a choice of either a very challenging 10K or a less challenging 5K. There was ample of food and drink afterwards. Awards were plentiful and each runner receives a Canton Classic long sleeve t-shirt. This is a race that you should pencil in for next year. Okay so Joe Drugan did edge me out in the race but we did a nice cool down together afterwards. |
