High School Cross Country season league championships happening this week all across Central Mass. Bryan Quitadamo improved his time on the Westville Dam course by 46 seconds and 9 places from last season to finish 4th in Southern Worcester County League Championships. Next up: Districts at Gardner Country Club November 8th
