Wachusett Mountain 10K

Annually on the last Saturday of May (Memorial Day Weekend)

Registration: Starts at 8:00 am in the parking lot

Time: Race Starts at 9:30

Date: TBD

Location: Wachusett Mountain Ski Resort, Princeton, MA

Race Course: The race course will be approximately 6.2 miles or 10K. This years’ race will not use any trails. The course will be 75% on pavement and 25% on dirt road. The race starts at the bottom of Mile Hill Road at the intersection of Bolton Road in Westminster. The route goes UP Mile Hill road and takes a Right turn At the DCR Visitor Center. The route goes thru the gate and goes UP to the intersection of the Down Road from the Summit. The route takes a Left UP the Down road to the Summit Entrance. The route takes a right at the entrance to do a Loop over the summit, coming back down to the Summit Entrance. At this point, the route takes a right DOWN the Up road to the junction of North Road. The route takes a left on North Road and then a right on Balance Rock Road which will be followed to its’ end on the Beginner’s slope. The route then descends to the rear of the lodge which is the finish.

Post Race: Enjoy assorted beverages, fruits, bagels and a random draw for participating in our race. Pre-entries will also receive a technical tee-shirt. There is plenty of parking at the Ski Lodge Parking Lot.

Awards: Cash prizes will be awarded to the top Male and Female overall. Prizes will also be awarded to the top three runners of each sex of the following categories.

  •  Juniors 0-19
  • Open 20-30
  • Sub Master 30-39
  • Master 40-49
  • Senior 50-59
  • Veteran 60-69
  • Super-Vet 70+

Entry Fee: $20 for Pre-registered, $25 Post
