and Annual Meeting

A FREE event for CMS members!

We will celebrate with our annual member event on

June 21, 2023 at Wachusett Mountain from 5-10 pm.

If you haven’t previously attended, the Members Only event is a great annual tradition with fun and fellowship. Although we will not hold an official race, there are multiple fun run and hiking options and even a chance to ride the chairlift!

Not a CMS member? Sign up online now. Only $20 per year for membership, $25 for a whole family. Have dinner with the family at the Members Only event and your membership has already paid for itself!

Basic Timeline of Events 5:00 – 5:30 pm – Arrival 5:30 – 7:00 pm – Small, guided group runs 5:30 – 7:00 pm – Chairlift open for Skyrides 6:00 pm – Cash bar open 7:00 pm – Dinner, announcement, merriment 10:00 pm – Departure

EVENT FAQ

What important CMS events will happen at the meeting?

This event will see the election of our 2023-2024 Executive Board. Online voting will open the week of June 7th, and in-person ballots will also be available during the first part of the evening. Board will be announced after 7pm.

We will also announce our 2023 CMS Scholarship Recipients at the meeting.

Event Location and Parking:  Please park at the large ski area parking lot, located at 499 Mountain Road, Princeton, MA.  Do not park at the Visitor Center.

Where specifically will the event be held? Is it outside or inside?  The event will be held outside, under a large tent at the back of the main building.

Can I bring my dog?  You may bring your well-behaved, leashed dog, but please note that dogs are not allowed inside the main building, under the tent, or on the chairlift skyride.  Please feel free to bring your dog on one of our small, guided group runs or hikes!
