Join us for our annual FREEZER 5 Black Friday Rehearsal Run!

This is a beloved CMS tradition -- the day after Thanksgiving, 9am start, at the Houghton School in Sterling, MA.

We're getting ready for the Freezer 5, and what better way to kick off the holiday season than with a Black Friday rehearsal run? Whether you're planning to race, want to preview the course, or just need an excuse to get outside and move after Thanksgiving, come join us! All paces are welcome, and this is a great opportunity to get familiar with the route before race day.

No pressure and no racing required! It's a fun, casual run to get ready for one of our favorite winter traditions. Bundle up, bring a friend, and come run with us. 💙

The Sneakerama Fun Run is ALWAYS a special event, but this Thursday at 6:30PM it is going to be extra special -- it's CMS Night!

Come join us for the weekly Fun Run and Walk (on Lake Ave in Worcester), and after the run we will be giving away a free entry to the Whitin Five Mile Road Race, a free entry to the Freezer Five Road Race, a free CMS membership to one lucky runner for your entire family, and more! And you know the snack table is going to be absolutely lit. 😉

It's going to be a beautiful night. Come on down and hang out with the best community around, and help support our holiday races!

A huge congratulations to our CMS competitive team

A huge congratulations to our CMS competitive teams on a great year of racing in the USATF-NE Grand Prix!

We’re especially proud of everyone who raced at the Lone Gull 10K this weekend. Thank you to everyone who put on a CMS singlet and represented the club this year.

We love seeing our teams out there competing hard and making CMS proud. Interested in being part of one of our teams in the future? Reach out to president@cmsrun.org, and we would love to answer your questions!

Want to spend a Sunday morning handing out water to a few thousand thirsty and grateful runners?

CMS will once again be manning a water stop at the B.A.A. Half Marathon, and we’re looking for volunteers to join us!

Yes, it’s an early November morning in Boston. But it’s also a ton of fun, you get a front-row seat to the race, and the B.A.A. gives volunteers a free shirt.

If you’d like to volunteer with the CMS crew, email Kim at KLGordon@gmail.com for our registration codes.

Come hang out with us and be a part of an epic day!

Hi everyone, we have some amazing volunteers lined

Hi everyone, we have some amazing volunteers lined up, but we still need another dozen CMS members and friends to help us out THIS SATURDAY at Canal Diggers.

Help keep all our friends and teammates on the course! And help keep great community races like Canal Diggers running in Worcester. All volunteers get a free ticket to the after party -- and that's when the real fun begins anyway ;)

If you're wondering if we still need help, the answer is YES! Please sign up today: https://signup.com/go/gorfpnS
