Canal Diggers is September 7th in Worcester. We need a couple dozen volunteers to act as course monitors during the race -- and after a job well done, all volunteers are also invited to the post-race festivities.

This is my last chance to convince you to come to Track for our weekly speed work session with Coach Paul Reilly! Our summer session is drawing to close, and tonight is the night to come check this program out.

Speed work is the tool you need to get that fast fall race time, no matter what your pace is. And it's fun to race around a track with your friends!

Park in the garage next to the track. We have a ladder workout on deck, or bring your own.
